  • DEFINITION OF “FASHION PSYCHOLOGY”:
  • DOES PSYCHOLOGY AFFECT FASHION or  DOES FASHION AFFECT PSYCHOLOGY?
Q: CAN YOU WEAR WHITE/IVORY COLOR AFTER LABOR DAY?
  1. ABSOLUTELY! That old trend is now passé and you can wear what you want-redefine and define yourself in this fashion era! Actually that trend started in the earl 1900” s when the rich upper crust elites who had money, would often leave the City during the warm weather months and would wear white as their vacation attire. Thus that no no - fashion faux paux was invented. But thank God we have finally moved from that notion {although we were held hostage to that fashion adage for over 100 years. Whewwww!!

Q: Re: Men’ and Women’ Fashion Trends: Do they each change seasonally and equally? Or do men’ fashion trends change less frequently than women {i.e. do their trends rate have a longer staying power than women}

TIPS
  • Fashion trends change seasonally, so it might be better to not stock your closet full of today’ trends {it may not be financially cost-effective. Let alone it being a closet-space invader}
  • With the consideration that fashion is just like beauty – “it is in the eye of the beholder”. Dress in what you are comfortable in, that you feel epitomizes the full expression of yourself.
  • ***Always remember at the end of the day, it’s about you {and nobody else} …… be that happy badass !#* {shout yo’ mouth!} when you are rockin’ out in your clothes. Be your own celebrity baby!
